AJP celebrates the release of Gordon Cole Jr., a devoted family man whose life was turned upside down by a grave injustice. Gordon's love for his family, passion for sports, and joy in music were overshadowed by a wrongful arrest on December 29, 2022, stemming from police misconduct.
Despite facing a slew of unjust charges and enduring pretrial detention, Gordon's resilience shone through. Protests and advocacy efforts highlighted the systemic failures he faced, leading to his eventual release on February 22, 2024.
