AJP attended From Injustice to Advocacy, an inspiring forum held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where we are allied with Sean Ellis, whom Boston prosecutors tried three times before wrongfully convicting him of murdering a police detective. Sean served 21 years, 7 months, and 29 days in prison for a crime he did not commit.

Sean was released and fully exonerated in 2018. He now fights for police accountability and transparency as a member of the New England Innocence Project's board, and founder of its Exoneree Network.
